Dental marketing · Brisbane

Dental marketing, measured in booked patients.

Your website, SEO, Google Ads and the tracking that ties them to new patients, run by one team in Brisbane. Everything we publish is written to AHPRA’s advertising rules, and the monthly report counts patients in the chair, not clicks.

Teneriffe Dental, Brisbane

A rebuilt site and a tracked new-patient engine.

A boutique practice with a strong reputation and a website that let visitors slip away. We rebuilt the site, set up tracking before spending a dollar on ads, then ran Google Ads and SEO on top.

What we do for practices

Four pieces that work together. You can start with one, but each makes the others perform better, and the tracking is what proves any of it is working.

  1. 01

    A website that books patients

One clear page for every treatment, organised around how patients search and book, with a short path from landing to enquiry. Shot with your own team and rooms instead of stock photography, because patients choosing a dentist want to see where they’re going.

  2. 02

    Dental SEO

Treatment pages written for what people type into Google, technical fixes so those pages get indexed, Google Business Profile management, and citations on the health directories patients use. It takes longer than ads, but every patient it brings in costs you nothing in ad spend.

  3. 03

    Google Ads for new patients

Campaigns built around the treatments you want more of, such as emergency, cosmetic and general dentistry, aimed at people searching for them now. We keep branded searches out of the results, so the numbers show demand the ads created, not patients who were already looking for you.

  4. 04

    Tracking to the booked patient

Every call and form is tied to the channel and treatment it came from. With your permission we match enquiries against your booking records, so the monthly report shows patients booked and cost per booked patient instead of clicks and impressions.

Compliance

Written to AHPRA’s rules.

Dental advertising is regulated under section 133 of the National Law and AHPRA’s advertising guidelines. A lot of agency copy breaks them without anyone noticing: “best dentist in Brisbane”, “pain-free”, a glowing review about a crown. The practitioner wears the risk, not the agency. Every ad, page, post and email we write is checked against this list before it goes live.

  • No “best”, “leading” or “number one” claims
  • No promised outcomes, and treatment claims worded with “may” and “can”
  • No “specialist” unless the practitioner holds specialist registration
  • No testimonials that make clinical claims
  • Before-and-after images only with documented consent and the right context

Common questions

Working out budgets? Our Google Ads calculator runs your treatment values and margins through to profit.

  • Google Ads can bring in enquiries within the first fortnight. SEO usually takes three to six months to move the rankings that matter, and terms that pair a suburb with a treatment tend to move first. We give you the honest timeline on the first call, not an optimistic one.

  • We write every ad, page and post to AHPRA’s advertising guidelines and check it against a pre-publish list before it goes live. You’re still the registered practitioner, so anything that needs a clinical judgement comes to you for sign-off. We don’t guess on your behalf.

  • No. We’re a Brisbane digital marketing agency and dental is one of the industries we know well. Teneriffe Dental is a current client, and the AHPRA process we built for them applies to every health practice we take on.

  • Yes, if it’s sound. We audit it first. Sometimes better treatment pages and proper tracking are all a site needs. Sometimes the site itself is the bottleneck, as it was for Teneriffe Dental. Either way we’ll tell you which it is.

  • Call tracking and form tracking tie every enquiry to its source. We then match those enquiries against your booking records, so you can see which channel and which treatment produced each new patient, and what each one cost.

  • No. It’s month-to-month after a ninety-day onboarding, which is roughly how long tracking, a site rebuild or an ad account rewrite takes to show real signal. After that you can leave with thirty days’ notice.
