A car care retailer, a paint protection installer, a Porsche and Ferrari specialist and an automotive cover brand. Different problems, same approach: make the cars look right, put them in front of the right people, and track what that turns into.

Building an independent Porsche specialist a sales channel it owns

Developing a content system for a PPF installer

Modernising retention for Australia's leading automotive cover company
In automotive we usually start with content, because everything else runs on it. From there we build out whichever channel is holding the business back.
We shoot it, edit it and post it: a set shot list and framing for every car, a posting cadence that keeps the work in front of people, video with your staff and customers’ cars on camera, and collaborations with owners who re-share to their own followers. An audience you own costs less per sale than renting buyers from the marketplaces.
Service pages for detailing, paint protection film and ceramic coating, local SEO and Google Business Profile, and Google and Meta campaigns tracked to enquiries. For car care brands, we build and run the Shopify store, email flows and paid media behind it.
A CRM built around how you work: sales pipelines, workshop jobs, storage clients. For dealers, a website that pulls live inventory from the CRM, so what’s listed is always what’s on the floor.
Buyers judge a detailer, an installer or a dealer by the cars they’ve worked on. Plenty of the category still posts phone shots a couple of times a month. Consistent, well-shot content is one of the cheapest edges available, and it feeds everything else: the website, your Google Business Profile, ads and email.

Independent and specialist dealers, yes. We worked with The Stable, a Porsche and Ferrari specialist, for over two years: a same-day photography pipeline for new stock, social media, a CRM across sales, storage and workshop, and a website with live inventory.
Yes. Photography and video are done in-house in Brisbane, on whatever schedule suits you, whether that’s every finished job, every new arrival or a regular shoot day.
Yes. Detail Theory launched with nothing but a name. We built the brand, the Shopify store, email, paid media and social, and revenue grew an average of 25% a month across the first five months.
Google Ads can bring in enquiries within the first fortnight. SEO usually takes three to six months to move the rankings that matter. Content and social build month by month, and consistency matters more than any single post.
Enquiries, jobs booked, cars sold and revenue, each tracked back to the channel that produced it. Reach and followers help, but they aren’t the result.
No. It’s month-to-month after a ninety-day onboarding, which is roughly how long tracking, a site rebuild or an ad account rewrite takes to show real signal. After that you can leave with thirty days’ notice.
A 30-minute call. We’ll look at your content, your site, your Google presence and any ads you’re running, and tell you what’s holding you back. If your current setup is doing the right things, we’ll say that too.
