The Problem

Everything Metal was running a large-scale fabrication business on word of mouth alone, with none of the infrastructure to capture the work they did or win the work they didn't.

  • No lead visibility -- Leads and jobs slipped through the cracks with no CRM or pipeline to hold them
  • Growth capped by channel -- Revenue relied entirely on inbound and repeat relationships. With no outbound and no digital acquisition, the business had no lever to pull for deliberate growth
  • Little record of past work -- A portfolio full of landmark projects sat completely undocumented, with no consistent way to capture and publish the work they were already doing
  • Next to no digital footprint -- Their whole online presence came down to an outdated website and a Google Business Profile, with no social media at all
  • No B2B sales collateral -- They had no capability statement fit for tenders or early B2B conversations, in an industrial market that expects one as standard
The Solution

Everything Metal engaged us across a project build and an ongoing retainer to rebuild their entire digital foundation, then feed it with content, outbound, and lead infrastructure.

  • Rebuilt the website -- We custom designed and built a new site with an SEO-first architecture. We wrote and built dedicated service and industry pages to capture demand across every vertical they work in, developed a structured project portfolio to showcase completed work, produced a fresh content set across the site, and built custom enquiry forms to feed leads cleanly into their new CRM and inboxes
  • Updated their branding - We redesigned their outdated branding with simpler abstractions of the old graphical logo, making it easier to use across web, email, and print. This covered a full logo suite, email signatures, print media, and updates across all online citations
  • Set them up for tenders - We built their capability statement across the full scope of their operation: services, industries, and equipment. We wrote the copy and formatted their tender platform profiles to stay consistent with their other digital platforms
  • Set up all social media platforms - We created their first Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn profiles, all optimised and consistent with each other
  • Integrated a multi-channel content management system - With their new website, social profiles, and Google Business Profile connected, we kept a steady posting rhythm to act as proof of life and a trust signal to potential prospects
  • Optimised citations for SEO - We refreshed their GBP with new imagery, posts, and information, then used that information to build out all the important citations
  • Built a cold-outreach channel - We built a cold email engine of thousands of enriched contacts on pre-warmed domains with a multi-email sequence, opening an acquisition channel the business, and their competitors, never had.
  • Launched Google Ads - We audited, structured, and launched a Google Ads account with conversion tracking linked to the new CRM, adding a paid channel alongside organic and outbound.
  • Created a custom CRM - We built a custom CRM on the Zoho base with defined pipeline stages, lead management, and deal alerts, then onboarded their team so it runs completely without us.
  • Created accurate analytic dashboards - From that CRM foundation, we backfilled past customer and job data and built the dashboards they asked for, giving full visibility into job values by stage, lead inflow, and projections, so they can make informed decisions on the ground.
The Results

August was the first full month with the new setup running end to end, and demand went from a trickle to more than the team could work. The channels, the site, and the CRM all did their job in month one.

  • Enquiries jumped from 24 to 202 in the first full month -- With paid and outbound both live for a full month, enquiry volume grew more than eightfold on July, coming in across Google Ads, organic search, and the new cold email channel
  • Website traffic doubled -- Sessions climbed to 1,892, up 98% on July, with organic search adding another 15% on top of the paid lift
  • A new channel paid for itself straight away -- The first cold email campaign closed a job large enough to cover the channel many times over
  • Paid enquiries came in at under half a percent of an average job -- Google Ads delivered 125 enquiries in the month, each costing roughly 0.5% of an average job value to acquire
  • Full pipeline visibility, from a standing start. The CRM now holds every lead and deal where before there was nothing, giving the business complete visibility over inflow, quoting, and won work for the first time
